The Creative Wood Floor Collection by Real Oak Floors is a fantastic new concept in Wood Flooring developed uniquely by ourselves. Our collection is a range of bespoke wood flooring tailor made to suit your tastes and requirements. The custom wood flooring in the Creative Collection is hand crafted in Europe and all the oak used is European Oak. The full range also carries the FSC label.
The choice of sizes and finishes makes the Creative Collection our most exclusive collection to date - we believe there is a finish to suit every taste. The options available include:

• A choice of plank thickness - 15mm or 20mm - both boards come with high quality cross birch plywood backing
• Choose between bevelled and unbevelled / square edge boards
• All boards available in either Prime grade or Rustic grade
• A choice of board widths - we have a range of 120mm, 140mm, 160mm, 180mm, 200mm or 220mm wide boards. The board widths can also be mixed to give your floor a unique "random width" appearance.
• Brushing option for all boards
• Smoking option for all boards
• Thermo treated boards available
• Finishes of your choice including lacquered, oiled, colour oiled or unfinished

Cross Ply Backing made from Birch Plyboard
Each board is made up from 8 layers of cross birch ply - the most durable and strongest board on the market. By using such a high quality board enables the 20mm thickness planks to be used as structural boards being laid directly over joists. As the cross ply backing is heavier than the blockboard the boards feel alot sturdier and more solid than other engineered floors. The Creative wood floor Collection has a choice of two thicknesses - the structural 20mm thick board which is made up from a 6mm top layer of real oak and a cross ply base of 14mm and the thinner 15mm thick board which is made up from a 4mm top layer of real oak and an 11mm cross ply base. The thinner board is ideal where floor height is restricted.

Both Rustic grade and prime grade are available in all board sizes and widths - an exclusive choice not usually available for wide boards.
The range of finishes available for all boards seems endless - whether you want a natural finish, a stained look, contemporary board or an antique floor - all options are available here with the added benefit of being able to choose the size and style of boards.
