This built-in shock-absorption is equally suitable for children`s games and activities as it is for tackling the weight of heavy grandstands. Boflex is suitable for multi-purpose facilities, health and fitness studios and schools. The construction height of Boflex (28mm) makes it a very suitable for both renovation purposes and new building projects. Boflex from Boen Sport is an enviromnentally friendly product based on natural and renewable resources.

The Norwegian Building Research Institute (NBI) has tested Boflex Stadium in accordance to the new
DIN V 18032 part 2.We have also tested the floor in respect to the British Standard, BS 7044
Test results Boflex Stadium:
• Shock-absortion 61 %
• Deformation 2,80 mm
• Friction 0,59
• Ball Bounce 94 %

SUB-FLOOR REQUIREMENTS
The maximum permitted deviation is 2 mm per 2 m radius.
Special requirement for new buildings; 2 layers of 0,2 mm plastic membrane, which is laid out loosely
and taped at the joints with an overlap. It is not a moisture barrier, but gives the floor an extra
protection.

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS
• Two strips of Evazote 50 is glued into the board. Dimensions are 10 x 10 mm and 3,5 x 20 mm
• Parquet board width is 137 mm and thickness 23 mm. Milled tracks for evazote.
• All boards are in fixed-length at 2,20 m
• Boards are glued together with an applicator which have a nozzle special designed for the
double tounge and groove.
• Toplayer: 4 mm
• Construction height: 28 mm
